Cacao Ceremony
Prices are in MX pesos.
Private group session, up to 8 persons, at the house.
Cacao is found in the upper Amazon and in Central America. In Mexico, Cacao is commonly found in the Mayan region of Chiapas. Cacao ceremonies originally served as religious rituals for ancient civilizations. Used as a tool to lift the spirits of the soon-to-be sacrificed, required in the marriage ceremony due to its link to fertility, and even a part of a baptism ceremony and the birth of the child. Now in this modern age, the goal is to communally uplift mood, increase vitality, and open the heart and intuition, connecting with your personal ancestors and along with other personal spiritual intentions. Cacao ceremonies are practiced for the grounding and heart-opening properties of the cacao.
In the ceremony, a sacred space will be held. The cacao is infused with an intention by everyone who touches it. From harvesting to heating, and even the leader who prepares the drink for the group, all have similar intentions and love. A circle is formed to increase harmony. After we receive our cacao, we are encouraged to tune into ourselves individually and set an intention and blessing. Intentions can range from personal empowerment, to deep healing, and clarity.
You will be guided through various practices that are intended to open your chakras, strengthen group harmony, and help you direct your own energy. The use of Mayan prayers, meditation, song, dance and music may be used to raise our vibrational frequency.
At the end, you will collectively acknowledge and share our experiences.
